Where to buy

Retailers

Please contact us for retailers in your area. We currently have retailers in:

You can also order directly from Great Nordic Design, please contact us and we will help you steer through options etc. Normally your custom ordered G.A.D furniture will arrive within 12-16 weeks from order date.

All furniture, except dining tables, book cases, and beds, are delivered fully assembled. Damages from transport are unlikely as the goods are very securely packaged, usually on pallets. Still carefully inspect each box at the time of delivery and indicate on the Bill of Lading ALL damages to the box(es) before signing. If the box or pallet looks damaged (pierced box, collapsed pallet, etc.) please do not sign off on the delivery.

Curb side residential or store delivery is standard (which usually includes delivery under covered roof or inside garage). Inside delivery can be requested for an additional fee of $109 (no stairs). Only one man is sent. White glove delivery (two men) can be requested at additional fee.

All product sold through us remains the property of Great Nordic Design until full payment for the product, any special service, and shipping is received. There is a 50% down payment at time of order, and the remainder is due at delivery.

We offer a 48 hours reclamation period for all orders, measured form the day of order. During this period orders may be cancelled. After this period no cancellations, credits, or charge backs are accepted. Changes to the specifications of an order can only be done if the order has not gone into production yet

Using Great Nordic Design as a wholesaler is easy and beneficial:

Lead times: The standard production time for any item in the G.A.D collection is 6-8 weeks, please add approx 6-8 weeks for ocean transit time, customs handling, and ship out. We can quickly communicate a ship-from factory date, but we do not guarantee a certain delivery date at time of order as it is dependent on many different factors.

Currency: There is no currency risk on your behalf, you simply pay the US$ price according to the pricelist

Flexible invoicing and payment options: We can invoice you via snail mail or electronically, and we accepts check, VISA, AMEX, and MC (through a secure online payment service)

If you are an interior designer or architect you can order directly from Great Nordic Design with trade terms. Please contact us for details.

Many G.A.D pieces can be custom ordered (dimensions, finishes, fabrics, even you own design based on a current piece!)
